- Print and complete the Vendor/Crafter Registration Form to reserve your space for February 25, 2012 (10:00 am
– 3:00 pm).
- Register early, spaces go quickly!
- FORMS and PAYMENT must be received by St. Luke’s Parish Office by February 15th.
- Space Rental: $25.00
- MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO: St. Luke’s Catholic Church/Car Show 2012

Vendors/Crafters agree to:
- Donate a sample of Craft or Product with business cards, to be featured in St. Luke’s Raffle: Minimum Value:
$15.00
- Staff and operate their booth at St. Luke’s Classic Car/Truck Show from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and provide tables and chairs if needed.
- Be responsible for setup and breakdown. (plus trash removal) for their booth, Craft and Products. Set-up time:
8:30 – 9:30 AM. Breakdown time: 3:00 – 4:00 PM.
- Provide/display only Craft and Products which will be in keeping with good taste and Church standards.
- Be responsible for their booth, Crafts or Products.
- St. Luke’s Catholic Church will not be held responsible for any damage or thefts.
The Annual Classic Car and Truck Show is one of St. Luke's major annual fundraisers. All proceeds will benefit the St. Luke’s Scholarship Fund for children in our local community.
