Women of Faith
A Women’s Prayer Ministry began meeting in Fall 2019,  and started a year-long study program of “The Bible and the Virgin Mary Through Scripture”.  Though put on hold during 2020 and 2021,  the Ministry is back in business! This year, we are studying The Mystery of the Eucharist. In addition praying the Rosary, and viewing and discussing the study video, we share a wonderful breakfast.

Meetings are held on the 4th Saturday of each month at 8:30am, in conjunction with the Men’s Prayer Breakfast group.

Holy Spirit Prayer Group

Come and be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God. 
(Romans 12:2)

Through Baptism, and deepened in our Confirmation, each Catholic has been “sealed with the Holy Spirit” and “united more fully with Christ”.  We have been  given the “special strength of the Holy Spirit”. This was not an end but only the start of “an encounter of the Holy Spirit in all aspects of Catholic Life”.

The St. Luke Holy Spirit Prayer Group encourages the awareness and experience of the full role of the Holy Spirit. Through worshiping God, Spirit filled prayer, and teaching, we experience union with God and inner transformation which empowers us to go forth prepared for the New Evangelization.

The Holy Spirit Prayer group meets every Monday evening at 7PM in the church Chapel.
